Designed with active vacuum technology to help facilitate the drainage of ascites fluid, the PeritX™ Peritoneal Catheter System allows your patients to manage fluid from malignant and non-malignant ascites at home.

The PeritX™ Peritoneal Catheter System was introduced in 2005 for malignant ascites management. In 2020, the PeritX™ Peritoneal Catheter System received a new, expanded indication for non-malignant ascites. The new, expanded indication will allow you to serve patients who present with ascites that is the direct result of liver disease or other non-malignant origins. With the new, expanded indication, the PeritX™ Peritoneal Catheter System will be rebranded as the PeritX™ Peritoneal Catheter System.
