Interpose® dressings are ideal for open wounds that have light to moderate exudate. The dressing consists of a central absorbent layer made of natural cotton which is heat laminated on both sides by a net-like film. The high density polyethylene film provides controlled and consistent porosity which helps to draw exudate from the wound. The dressings’ non-adherent properties help to prevent it from sticking to the wound as it heals, resulting in little to no pain being experienced by the patient during removal.
